Parties and acceptance
These Terms of Use govern access to the ProjPro cloud service operated by Polara. By creating an organization, accepting an invitation, or continuing to use the product, you confirm that you have legal authority to bind yourself or your organization, and that you have read these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Self-service registration, form submissions, and ongoing use constitute a valid expression of consent where required by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What ProjPro provides
ProjPro is a multi-tenant work-management platform that may include, depending on plan and permissions: organizations and customers; projects; boards; backlog and work items; tickets; epics and sprints; teams and roles; estimation; documents and attachments; per-project wiki; reports and dashboards; SLAs and archive flows; data import; per-project integrations (third-party credentials stored encrypted with related metadata); invitations and membership management; and billing flows when purchased (payments processed by third-party providers such as Stripe).
Features, quotas, availability, and roadmap may evolve; we will communicate significant changes in-product or by email to organization administrators when appropriate.
Registration, authentication, and accuracy
Authentication may use one-time passcodes (OTP) sent by email, security sessions and tokens, and optional “remember me” behaviour. You must protect your mailbox and devices used to sign in.
Organization onboarding collects organization name, administrator name, email, optional phone, and organization tax identifier, plus timestamps of acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You warrant that information is accurate and that you have a lawful basis to upload third-party personal data into your organization workspace.
You remain responsible for activity under your account until you report compromise. We may require step-up authentication for sensitive actions (billing, integrations, invitations, critical profile changes).
Acceptable use and security
You may not use ProjPro for unlawful purposes; to violate others’ rights; to distribute malware; to attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, or infrastructure; to reverse engineer to bypass licensing or security; to overload the service (including unauthorized scraping or load testing); to exfiltrate other tenants’ data; to publish unlawful or discriminatory content; or to misuse integrations to breach third-party policies.
Your organization may impose stricter internal policies. Violations may lead to suspension, content removal, and legal action.
Plans, trials, and payments
We offer trial and paid plans as shown in the signup flow. Pricing, currency, taxes, auto-renewal, cancellation, and invoicing follow what is presented at checkout or in the payment provider’s customer portal.
Card transactions and subscriptions may be processed by Stripe or another provider shown in-product; Polara does not store full card numbers—only references and subscription state needed to deliver the purchased service.
We may suspend access for non-payment or chargebacks as permitted by law and applicable commercial terms.
Organizations, admins, and invitations
Data is generally organized per organization (logically isolated tenant). Organization administrators may invite users, assign organization and project roles, configure integrations, export data where supported, and request deletion flows available in-product and under law.
Members must follow administrator instructions regarding professional secrets and personal data of colleagues or customers. Polara may run technical backups, migrations, and disaster-recovery procedures involving encrypted copies of organization data.
Intellectual property and license
Software, branding, data models, and documentation are owned by Polara or its licensors. We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable SaaS license for the term of your active trial or subscription, strictly according to your plan.
Your organization retains rights in content it creates (ticket text, attachments, descriptions, etc.). You grant Polara a limited license to host, process, display, back up, and share that content among authorized users solely to operate and improve the service. Voluntary feedback may be used without confidentiality or compensation obligations unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Availability, warranties, and liability
We use reasonable efforts to keep ProjPro available and secure, but the service is provided as-is and may be interrupted for maintenance, third-party failures, or force majeure.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, implied warranties are disclaimed and we limit liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss, except where consumer law, employment law, or mandatory rules provide otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or categories that cannot legally be limited.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms for product, security, or legal reasons. We will publish the updated version at this URL with a revised “Last updated” date. Where a change is material and requires notice or renewed consent, we will notify you in-product or by email to organization administrators with reasonable advance notice.
